CSFLeak.uk is operated by The CSF Leak Association and is registered as a charity in Scotland (SC046319) and England and Wales (1210442). Structured as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), all operational activities, including financial transactions and membership services, are conducted through the Scottish entity.
All information provided on this website, along with any articles, factsheets, publications and other information or channels available from or through it, is intended as a general informational resource only and may support, but must not be used in place of, the relationship between you and your doctor or any other healthcare professionals.

And also to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media in accordance with the restrictions set out in our privacy policy set out below.
11. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
13. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access, nor add to, the contents of this site and therefore must cease using this website immediately.
